Wonderful location, walking distance to Morro Rock and many places to explore, shop and eat. No issues parking, clean and quiet room, simple and tasty breakfast. Friendly staff, making everyone welcome.

Great location, just a block and a half from embarcadero and shopping. a Restaurants next door and down on the embarcadero. Great view of Morro Bay Rock from room window. Staff friendly and helpful.

Garrett the young guy who checked us into our room was very knowledgeable about places to visit while in Morro Bay. He was very friendly! 😃👍 Great location & we loved the upstairs balcony. We put it to good use in the morning while eating breakfast. We liked the free breakfast that was provided in the morning. We would definitely stay there again next time we're in town. 😃👍

Breakfast was decent. Limited seating. Beautiful deck, with a beautiful view, but you have to walk across the parking lot and up the outside stairs to get to the deck. Friendly staff. Very busy!

Breakfast was really tasty, sausage, cheese omelettes, coffee. New employee Verdana was really helpful and tried to be attentive to everyone. Nice place.

I always stay here when in or travelling through Morro. It is walking distance to the Embarcadero and also the shops along the main streets. It is clean, comfortable and a great value.
